Deltin Casinos

  • Entry to the casino will only be permitted with a prior confirmed booking made through the Deltin website or the Deltin Call Centre.
  • The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 for Goa casinos and 18 for Sikkim casinos.
  • A valid and original government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting onboard. A passport is a must for all international guests, and they will have to furnish the same upon request.
  • The dress code is formal or smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted.
  • For online or call centre bookings done post-midnight (post 12:00 a.m.) for the same day, entry into the casino will only be permitted after 9:30 a.m.
  • Upon making a booking with us, you agree to receive communications via WhatsApp/SMS & e-mail. These communications may include details such as your voucher and other key information.
  • The right to admission is reserved with the management.
  • The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather and sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the guest’s safety and comfort.
  • Photography and videography are prohibited on gaming floors or other restricted areas.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • A kirpan cannot be carried inside Deltin Casinos' premises. Guests can use the locker facility at the security counter (charges apply) to secure their belongings.
  • People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry onboard or into any "Deltin Casinos".
  • Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are inebriated. People in an inebriated state on board or at any "Deltin Casinos" will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of ₹1000 for damage and cleaning charges to Deltin Casinos.
  • Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from "Deltin Casinos" in cases of unruly or disruptive behaviour.
  • Management reserves the right to close any open deck or other areas due to unfavourable weather conditions or private bookings.
  • No refund will be processed in the event of the unavailability of any open deck due to a private function, weather conditions, or any other untoward situation.
  • The cardholder's name should be on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at casinos, and the same shall be verified with the guest’s authentic, government-issued identity proof that the guest must present at request.
  • Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
  • International cards are not accepted.
  • The above terms and conditions are subject to change per management’s decision.
  • Deltin provides nonstop feeder boat service to all floating casinos (Deltin Royale and Deltin Jaqk). Individuals using their own boats to reach the casinos must register for marine clearance seven days in advance. Personal boat clearance depends on marine regulations, weather, and other factors.

Liability Clause

Set forth below are the terms and conditions by Delta Corp Ltd (the "Company") of the guest ticket contract (the "Ticket") governing the carriage of guests, baggage and articles thereof undertaken by the Company , Acceptance or use of the Ticket shall constitute the agreement of the guest to these terms and conditions. The term "Guest" shall include but is not limited to any person purchasing the ticket on the date and Vessel indicated on the relevant document, accepting or using this Ticket, on behalf of themselves or others in their care

  • The liability of the Company in the event of death or bodily injury suffered by a Guest shall be governed solely by the Insurance Policies as taken by the Company and shall never exceed the limitation of liability to which the Company is entitled under the Insurance policy.. No undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to seaworthiness, fitness, or condition of the Vessel or any food, drink, medicine, or provisions supplied on board the Vessel. In no event shall the Company be liable for any incident arising outside the Guest areas of the Vessel or the Vessel itself, including, but not limited to those occurring ashore on tenders not owned by the Vessel, on or resulting from equipment not a part of the Vessel, or upon docks or piers.
  • The Guest hereby releases the Company from any and all liability for any loss of life, injury or damages which is proximately caused by pregnancy, a pre- existing sickness, disease, infirmity disability or illness, whether mental, physical or otherwise of the Guest.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time to cancel or to cease operations by reason of an event of force majeure, which shall include (without limitation) war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of the same, riots, civil commotion, disaster, dry docking, act of God, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, closure of ports, strikes or other industrial action, medical emergency at sea, lawful deviation at sea in response to a distress call or other emergency, and any other event outside its reasonable control.
  • The Company shall be entitled at any time, without giving any reasons, to refuse entry, passage, to any Guest, whom it considers unfit to travel or a nuisance or likely to cause mischief by reasons of over consumption of alcohol or drugs or likely to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person on board or likely to endanger or impair safety of the Vessel.
  • If at any stage it is found that the Vessel is overloaded, the Company will reserves the right to decide which Guests shall be offloaded and such decision of the Company shall be binding and final.
  • The ticket for Entry issued by the Company shall be subject to the existing rules of cancellation made by the Company.
  • The Management reserves the right to disembark any guest at its sole discretion .
  • The guest covenants, represents and warrants that he is fit to proceed, not in any way a nuisance and that his conduct will not in any way cause any mischief or inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the vessel.
  • The Guest shall be liable to and shall reimburse the Company for all damages to the Vessel caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of the Guest, whether willful or negligent. The Guest shall further indemnify the Company against all liability whatsoever arising from any personal injury, death or damage or loss whatsoever caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part to the said Company, by any willful or negligent act or omission on the part of the Guest.
  • The Guest is subject to mandatory security check and agrees and hereby consents to search and security check being made of the Guest's person and Property whether physically, by way of screening, scanning or otherwise and to the sequestration of any Property, which may, in the opinion of the Company and/or any officer on board the Vessel, likely in any way to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the Vessel.
  • Guests are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a proper manner and with due regard to the health, safety, comfort, enjoyment and general well-being of all persons both on board the Vessel and involved in the provision of any service or facility forming part of the Cruise.
  • The Guest must not carry as baggage, or bring on board the Vessel, compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, munitions, fireworks, inflammable article or substance of any kind, weapons, scissors, sharp instruments, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisonous substances, magnetized materials and any other dangerous articles/ or chattel as may be deemed by the Company ("Prohibited Articles"). The Guest shall be liable for all penalties imposed by statute and for all damages and losses sustained whether by the Company, the Vessel, or any person or Property or otherwise by reason or in consequence of any Prohibited Articles/chattel being brought or carried on board the Vessel.
  • The Guests are instructed not to accept any packets/packages from unknown Guests/persons and are further instructed not to abandon baggage/articles in the premises of the Vessel. Unattended baggage/articles may be removed by the personnel as an object of suspicion and shall be confiscated. Any claim for the said baggages/articles will not be entertained.
  • Any claim for the loss of life or injury or loss of or damage to property of the Guests shall be notified to the Company in writing ("Notice of Claim") within thirty (30) days from the date when the loss of life or injury occurred or as soon as the loss or damage to the property of the Passenger is discovered. The Notice of Claim shall be served on the Company at Fisheries Building, Ground Floor, D. B. Bandodkar Marg, Panaji, Goa 403001.
  • Disputes if any, hall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Panaji, in the State of Goa only.
  • This Ticket shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

OTPCs Terms And Conditions

  • OTPC is for One Time Use only, and can be played on non-commission live games which offer even payments (1to1).
  • OTPC cannot be played on opposite betting areas simultaneously.
  • For example – Simultaneous bets on Red & Black/Even & Odd in Roulette.
  • OTPC cannot be played on Slot Machines, Poker and Indian Flush (Teen Patti).
  • OTPC can only be played once & regardless of the outcome of the game, will be taken by the dealer except when it is Push or Tie on relevant games.
  • OTPC are non-cashable.
  • OTPC will be in denominations of Rs. 500 & cannot be broken down into lower denominations.

Online Payments

Pvt Ltd. Kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By authorizing a payment to Delta Corp Ltd, Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Pvt Ltd & Delta Pleasure Cruise Co. Pvt Ltd through the Pay U Payments India Pvt Ltd ("the service"), it would be treated as a deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Delta Corp Ltd, Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Pvt Ltd & Delta Pleasure Cruise Co. Pvt Ltd reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read and understood the terms and conditions before using the Service.

Payment Terms
  • Payments using the Service may be made by using Card credit, Debit cards, Net Banking, payment wallets and UPI.
  • The Company is not directly involved in the online payment but through a third-party service provider i.e. Pay U India Payments Pvt Ltd.
  • Upon completing a transaction using the Service, the Guest will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details which the Guest may wish to process. It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.
  • The Company has no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond the control of the Company.
  • The Guest will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by the third-party service provider which will have Transaction ID and Pay U ID.
  • Every Payment Made will be Verified by Delta Corp Ltd, Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment Pvt Ltd & Delta Pleasure Cruise Co. Pvt Ltd Using Transaction ID received by customer while executing the payment and separate Transaction receipt will be Generated with Transaction ID confirming the receipt of Payment.
  • Every Transaction receipt Generated will be Signed by the customer acknowledging the validity of the transaction and receipt of service against the transaction.
  • The Company does not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between Customer and credit card or Debit issuer Bank.
  • Cancellation or Refund Will be solely executed as per cancellation and Refund Term mentioned below.
Cancellation Terms
  • If the order is cancelled within a day's time or due to any dispute, refund of your payments will be done by executing Refund receipt at the counter.
  • Refund Receipt will be generated against the transaction and the same will be signed by the customer acknowledging the cancellation of the transaction.
  • No Cancellation claim will be considered valid if Customer does not possess the valid Refund Receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.
Refund Terms
  • For every refund Executed will have a separate Refund receipt Generated acknowledging the refund from Delta Corp Ltd, Highstreet Cruises and entertainment Pvt Ltd & Delta Pleasure Cruise Co. Pvt Ltd.
  • Once the Company receives the original refund receipt, it will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. Only after approval refund will be initiated on Pay U Portal and refund will be processed as per the time frame mentioned below.
  • The Guest will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase as given below.

Deltin Select Loyalty Program

  • Deltin Select membership has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
  • Delta Corp. Ltd. reserves the right to change the membership terms and conditions at any time.
  • The benefits of membership are subject to fulfilling select gaming criteria.
  • The complimentary entry to Deltin Royale is valid for six months. The management reserves the right of entry for members.
  • One complimentary night's stay at Deltin Suites and one-way airport transfer are valid for six months and are subject to availability.
  • The program reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time.
  • In case of a dispute, the decision of Delta Corp Limited shall be final.

The Deltin Privileges

  • The Deltin Privileges membership benefits are provided at the sole discretion of The Deltin, Daman. The Deltin reserves the right to modify, add, delete, or change any rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, or aspects of the program without notice.
  • Membership is open only to individuals aged 18 years and above.
  • The Deltin Privileges membership, its associated benefits, and exclusive vouchers are intended for personal/individual use and are not for sale. Unauthorized sales by anyone other than The Deltin, Daman are prohibited and may result in membership cancellation and/or loss of benefits/vouchers.
  • The Deltin, Daman has the right to grant, deny, discontinue, or revoke membership at its discretion.
  • Members are responsible for staying informed about program rules and providing updated contact information. The Deltin Privileges team may send notifications of changes and updates to active members, but is not liable for undelivered or delayed correspondence.
  • Prior reservations are required for using membership benefits and exclusive vouchers.
  • Membership benefits and vouchers cannot be transferred, altered, renewed, or exchanged for cash or other products/services, except as indicated on the voucher.
  • The Deltin, Daman is not responsible for replacing lost membership cards or addressing fraudulent card usage.
  • No credit or substitutions will be provided for partially used benefits.
  • The Deltin Privileges Membership card and exclusive vouchers are the property of The Deltin, Daman. If found, please return to The Deltin, Varkund, Nani Daman, Daman and Diu: 396210.
  • The Deltin Privileges membership is valid for 365 days from the enrollment date. Members may renew their membership for the following year by paying the prevailing renewal fee.
  • Fees for new memberships and renewals may vary over time. Members are required to pay the fee in effect at the time of renewal.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings made through the call centre and website are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling is prohibited within 24 hours of the scheduled visit date.
  • A one-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date, with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision. Request to be placed 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date of visit
  • If the pricing for the revised booking is a lesser amount than your original booking, the remainder is not payable to the guest.
  • Cancellations due to valid medical emergencies are subject to a full refund. However, the same will be addressed after verification of the submitted documents.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings made for blackout dates or at special rates.
  • No cancellations, refunds, or transfers of tickets in cases of no-shows or unutilised bookings
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the original tickets or packages. Once a refund request is generated, it will be processed within ten working days.
  • The refund and cancellation policy is subject to change without notice. Management's decision shall remain final.
